• 2 ½ measures of Yardarm Distilled Gin
• ½ measure of dry vermouth
• 1 olive (or 3 but never 2!)
• olive brine (for a  Dirty Martini)

Gently pour 2 ½ measures of Yardarm Distilled Gin over lots of ice in a mixing glass with ½ measure of dry vermouth and stir for a minute. Strain into a chilled glass and add one or 3 olives.
(add a teaspoon or two of olive brine for a Dirty Martini)
