1 part Evolution Aniseed Gin
Tonic water
Star anise
Sprig of rosemary

1. pour Evolution Aniseed Gin over ice
2. top up with tonic water (don't drown it!)
3. garnish with star anise and rosemary

Orange G & T
1 part Evolution Aniseed Gin
Tonic water
Orange
Sage leaves or a sprig of rosemary

1. pour Evolution Aniseed Gin over ice
2. top up with tonic water (don't drown it!)
3. garnish with a slice of orange and 2-3 bruised sage leaves or a sprig of rosemary
4. Enjoy!

 

Orange Rickey
1 part Evolution Aniseed Gin
Soda water
Orange bitters (optional)
Orange

1. pour Evolution Aniseed Gin into a long glass over ice
2. top up with soda water
3. Add a few drop so f orange bitters
4. Squeeze in juice from a wedge of orange then drop the wedge in
5. Enjoy!

 

The Warby Ranger
1 part Evolution Aniseed Gin
Ginger cordial
Soda water
Fresh lime

1. pour Evolution Aniseed Gin over ice in a tall glass
2. add a measure of ginger cordial
3. add juice of 1/4 of a lime
4. top up with soda water
5. garnish with slice of lime
6. Enjoy!

 

Sweet Aniseed Martini
2-3 measures Evolution Aniseed Gin
Sweet vermouth
An orange or blood orange

1. mix Evolution Aniseed Gin with ice in a cocktail shaker
2. pour into a chilled martini glass
3. add a few drops to 1/2 meausre of sweet martini to taste
4. garnish with a twist of orange peel or a slice of blood orange
5. Enjoy!

 

Chocolate Orange Martini

1 part Evolution Aniseed Gin|
1 part Dark Cacao liqueur
1/2 part Triple Sec
Orange peel

1. add Evolution Aniseed Gin, Creme de Cacao and Triple Sec to a coctail shaker with plenty of ice
2. shake well
3. serve in a martini glass garnished with twist of orange peel
4. Enjoy!

 

Simon's Double Aniseed Martini
2 parts Evolution Aniseed Gin
1/2 part Hurdle Creek Pastis
1/2 part red vermouth
2 tsp home made grenadine
Mint

 

1. add Evolution Aniseed Gin, pastis, vermouth and genadine to a cocktail shaker with plenty of ice.
2. shake well
3. serve in a cocktail glass garnished with a sprig of mint
4. Enjoy!

 

Chocolate Sunset

1 part Evolution Aniseed Gin|
1 part Dark Cacao liqueur
1/2 part Triple Sec
Orange Juice
Mint

1. add Evolution Aniseed Gin, Creme de Cacao, Triple Sec and juice to a coctail shaker with plenty of ice
2. shake well
3. serve in a long glass garnished with a sprig of mint
4. Enjoy!

Classic Gin & Tonic

1 part Powder Monkey Navy Strength Gin
Tonic water
Lemon slice

1. pour Powder Monkey Gin over ice
2. top up with tonic water
3. garnish with lemon slice
4. Enjoy!

 

Pink Gin

Bitters e.g. Angostura bitters
1 part Powder Monkey Navy Strength Gin

1. Stir the Powder Monkey Gin over ice
2. Add 2-3 drops of bitter to an old fashioned glass, roll around to coat the inside of the glass and pour the rest out.
3. Strain the chilled gin into the glass
4. Enjoy!

 

Gimlet

2 parts Powder Monkey Navy Strength Gin
1 part fresh lime juice
½ part sugar syrup (1:1 sugar & water)

1. Stir all the ingredients over ice
2. Strain into a chilled coupe glass
3. Garnish with a slice of lime
4. Enjoy!

Traditional

1 Part Grain Jenever

1. Place bottle of Grain Jenever in the fridge or freezer until chilled
2. Pour chilled Grain Jenever into small stemmed glass to the brim.
3. Take you first sip by bending your head to the glass.
4. Enjoy!

Also enjoy Grain Jenever straight over ice or with soda.
